Precautions

Open and check your order as soon as possible when the parcel arrives. If you have any queries, please immediately contact our Customer Service Support within the valid exchange and return period -- 3 days from the delivery date of normal delivery listed in the postal information. In the case of returns, our Customer Support will assign in the arrangement.

Because of the cigar’s unique nature, returned cigars will remain stored in our warehouse for professional maintenance. For the upkeep of our own warehouse and logistic management, any re-shipment requests not handled within a three-month period will be considered forfeited and so, pass on full rights to ByCigar for handling the products without separately notifying the customer.

Please be reminded all order information shall be correctly filled to avoid mis-delivery and return. Parcels could be re-shipped upon request, while the customer is responsible for all delivery charges for the second shipment; which is 35USD/parcel, 70USD/2 parcels, and so forth. Re-shipped parcels will be sent to the same delivery address in the original packaging. Please note every parcel is restricted to resend once.

A refund could be requested once a parcel is returned. The postage fee shall be deducted from the refund, which is 35USD/parcel, 70USD/2 parcels, and so forth. For items below 35USD, 20% of its value shall be deducted.
  • Product image for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary. No return or refund shall be granted for such circumstances.
  • Returns are valid within 3 days of delivery as indicated by EMS/ local courier service. Due to the particularity of the cigars, any requests brought up after will not be eligible for exchange or returns.
  • ByCigar offers returns as long as the product is eligible for return and remains intact and is in resalable condition (including packing of the inner and outer boxes; the logo; number of cigars etc). Exchanges and refunds do not apply to products with missing or later damaged pieces.
  • Should the return be approved, please send the parcel back to ByCigar in proper packaging within 2 days of confirmation from customer service. Re-delivery or refund will be made once Time Cigar receives the goods. All related fees shall be handled by the customer.br>
  • Please be noted that a processing fee will be charged: the postal fee for each refunded parcel (of USD35/1P parcel, USD70/2 parcels, and so forth) would be deducted from the original refund price (First mailing fee deducted from total refund amount).
  • For re-shipment packages, ByCigar will only be responsible for the second delivery charges. Anything else should be paid by the customer in full amount.
  • Parcels shipped out from ByCigar are prepared with a uniform standard. Should you receive a deformed, damaged or obviously repackaged parcel, please take photos and report immediately to the courier. Please contact Customer Service Support should you need assistance.
  • For your own rights and interests, please read carefully the terms and conditions before purchasing on ByCigar. Products without defects cannot be returned or exchanged.
