You acknowledge and agree that Bycigar may collect, use, store, and disclose any personal data you provided in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of Services does not acknowledge any relationship (partnership, collaboration, employment or otherwise) with Bycigar, nor does it authorise representative ownership of Bycigar. Bycigar reserves the rights to modify the Website and terms at its sole discretion. Should you be in objection to such terms and conditions, you must terminate use of Services immediately. All related Bycigar sales are solely made on the Bycigar website (www.Bycigar.com). We will never authorise sales made on third party platforms including WeChat, Applets and other App-related platforms.
ByCigar is an independent platform with no existing ties to any third-party cigar platforms. Should you find any similar existing web pages, customer services or social media platforms, please be vigilant in checking the legibility of the site. Bycigar would like to remind customers to only use Bycigar’s official accounts including the website (www.Bycigar.com), online customer service and social media accounts when enquiring orders. Completed transactions through the official services will protect you from fraudulent attempts with product guarantees, and will safeguard the legitimate rights and interest of the Company. Orders that are not completed via the official channels will not be recognised nor will receive any support and services. Any illegal or damaging acts to Bycigar’s reputation and company will be met with legal liability and economic compensation.
You must be compliant with the conditions below in order to complete purchases at Bycigar:
- Aged 18 or over. Minors are prohibited from making any purchases at Bycigar. You are responsible for all consequences when you use the Services.
- Be in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a licensed bank that accepted at Bycigar for payment.
- Provide personal details and personal information that are both valid and accurate (This includes full name, phone number, email address, billing information, and any other requested information as indicated on the Website). By placing an order with Bycigar, you authorise Bycigar to process any charge(s) on the provided credit/debit card in the total purchase amount listed on your order. You also give full permission to Bycigar to use any personal information provided to undergo appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, if necessary, transmit or obtain personal information to or from third parties including credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies which may keep record of the information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information about how the Website uses your data.
All orders are subject to stock availability and order price. Items in your cart are not retained and remain available to all other customers. You are allowed to use the Services for personal use only. Do not purchase goods for resale purposes or commercial exploitation.
Bycigar maintains a high standard to ensure all content and product descriptions on the Website are as accurate as possible. The Website, however, does not promise completely error free and up-to-date content or product descriptions.
Please refer to the Return Policy if you feel any product offered by Bycigar is not as described.
On some occasions, the Website may display content or resources that are not under possession of Bycigar. In such cases, the Website bears no control over such content and is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your connection of use with them. Bycigar is not responsible for any third-party content or its information accuracy (includes but not limited to the use of advertisements from listed vendors), however Bycigar may review content to determine whether such content is in violation of standing policies. The Website may remove or refuse to display content in such cases.
The use of the external websites will be at your own risk and subject to the Terms of Use and Service contained within each of such sites.
All items listed on Bycigar are shown in US Dollar.
Prices offered on the Website at the time your order is accepted as the final accurate price, except in the case of an obvious error. Whilst Bycigar maintains a high standard to display accurate pricing on the Website, the Website does not guarantee that they are completely error-free and Bycigar reserves the rights to rectify at any given time. In the case of a pricing error, Bycigar will inform you of the incorrect pricing as soon as possible and reissue an option to either reconfirm the purchase or cancel the order. However, should there not be a timely response, Bycigar will consider the order nullified. If your credit/debit card is not denominated by default in US Dollar (USD), the final price charged will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the bank’s applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
The price of all products at the time of ordering shall prevail. In case of price changes before and after discount promotion, the price difference will not be compensated.
Taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the shipping country of your order. You are responsible for the payment of the import tax and duties levied by the country to which the products are shipped. Payment of such tax and duties are necessary for the release of the products. You are advised to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost prior to your placing orders.
Please note that the import tax and duties are paid to the relevant local customs authority and, therefore, are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. You might be charged tax or duties for exchanges. Bycigar will not be responsible for the cost for tax and duties in the case of a product exchange or replacement.
Bycigar currently only offers two payment methods:
- Direct Payment on the website (www.Bycigar.com)
- Via a special payment link directed via email from service@Bycigar.com
Any other forms of payments claiming to be direct, including WeChat, QQ, Alipay, are not recognised by Bycigar. To avoid unnecessary losses, please check with customer service before payment.
Bycigar accepts payments made by UnionPay. For any other queries regarding payment methods, please contact our Customer Service Support for more information.
In completing an order using the UnionPay, you validate that you are the direct owner, or authorised by the owner, to proceed with the payment. Bycigar is not liable for any delay or non-delivery should the issuing bank refuse to authorise any outstanding payment. For UnionPay payments, payment will be debited immediately once the order is placed.
All payment methods on the Website are in compliance with international security standards set by the Payment Card Industry to ensure a seamless experience. Any payment details are fully encrypted and securely stored without our systems, and solely used to process online transactions initiated. Unless in the event of Bycigar negligence, the Website is not liable for any loss you may suffer if any third-party proceeds with any unauthorised access to any data you provide when using the Services.
An email acknowledgement will be sent once your order is placed with accurate personal and payment details, it does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Once notified of product dispatch via email, your order is considered accepted and the contract between you and Bycigar will be established. All sales are conducted in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the unfortunate case of uncontrolled force majeure (including malfunctioning sales systems where orders are not properly processed or where information and records are lost), Bycigar bears no responsibility for any loss. However, Bycigar will offer full assistance in such cases.
Once the order status changed to waybill number generated and export license is under review , any modifications will incur an administrative charge of USD50.
Bycigar reserves the right not to accept any order for any reason at its discretion. Such reasons include but are not limited to:
- The product is out of stock or is withdrawn due to a failure in meeting Bycigar’s quality standard or shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.
- The product is identified by Bycigar with a pricing or description error.
- Authorisation for payment is not granted to Bycigar.
- You are not eligible to purchase.

All orders will be immediately processed after payment is confirmed. Customers can log into “My Account” to track the order status. You will be given an estimated delivery time, however, the final delivery time may differs due to differences in delivery processing time in various provinces and cities.
You will be required to sign for the shipped products to confirm full responsibility of the products after receiving. If the recipient is not the original buyer, any authorised third party's signature will take the same effect. Such signature is indicative of the fulfillment of order and evidence of Bycigar’s fulfilment of complete delivery.
The automated delivery system of our website processes orders on account bases. A single account on the website is allowed to schedule up to 60 working days delivery (orders that are not completed). The schedule shall be postponed accordingly in case of public holidays or Event of Force Majeure. You should adjust your order quantity to proceed if an alert is received.
A 20 percent fee off ordered price will be deducted as service charge for any cancellation request made before product dispatch. It may take 8-10 weeks for refund to be returned to your bank account.
Order cannot be cancelled once it is dispatched.
Please be reminded all order information shall be correctly filled to avoid mis-delivery and return.
Starting from 12th June, 2023, returned items can only be reshipped once. All fees incurred from the return shipment shall be paid in full by the customer. The customer may request for a refund if he/she refuse a resend. Any request shall be done in 15 working days upon our notification mail is sent. A refund in credits will be enforced following our refund policy in case a resent parcel is rejected without prior notification.
Should the parcel be required to be re-shipped, the customer is responsible for all delivery charges for the second shipment; which is 35USD/parcel, 70USD/2 parcels, and so forth; or 20% from the refund would be deducted for item value below 35USD. Re-shipped parcels will be sent to the same delivery address in the original packaging.
In case of refund, the postage fee of 35USD/parcel; or 20% from the refund would be deducted for item value below 35USD would be deducted from the balance. The refund shall be arranged in 5 working days upon receiving your reply to your bank account or to your account in form of credits.
Please note:
1) If re-shipment procedures are not completed within 15 working days, Bycigar will consider a credit return requested by the customer without prior notification.
2) A refund in credits will be enforced following our refund policy in case a resent parcel is rejected without prior notification. The postage fee of 35USD/parcel; or 20% from the refund would be deducted for item value below 35USD would be deducted from the balance.
3) In the event that the parcel is selected for random inspection during the return process, Bycigar will not authorise any return or exchange service if the returned parcel is damaged.
4) If the parcel has not been cleared with customs (including contacting local post in time), Bycigar will charge a secondary storage fee of 50USD in addition to the re-shipment fee (USD35/parcel; 70/ 2 parcels, and so forth).
5) Please be reminded all order information shall be correctly filled to avoid mis-delivery and return. Parcels could be re-shipped upon request, while the customer is responsible for all delivery charges for the second shipment; which is 35USD/parcel, 70USD/2 parcels, and so forth. Re-shipped parcels will be sent to the same delivery address in the original packaging. In any of the instances listed below, prompt action to your account will be taken by Bycigar, which includes but not limited to:
- Submitting any materials (which includes but are not limited to text, images, music or video clips) of which you do not have the full right granted to publish.
- Attempting to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt any of our Services in any way.
- Initiating communications that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable materials.
- Advertising or sending unsolicited messages of any kind.
- Impersonating others or providing any kind of false information.
- Starting or forwarding chain letters of any kind.
Bycigar reserves the rights to terminate any account at its sole discretion. Prior notification would be made to you by email.
All software and content (including text, audio or music, video, graphics, photos, and images) belong to Bycigar and are protected under intellectual property and copyright laws, and international treaty provisions.
The Website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the materials, non-personal or commercial, on Bycigar must be officially authorised by Bycigar and/or its third-party licensors. You are prohibited to distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or license any existing content on the Website without prior authorisation from Bycigar. Any found misuse can and may result in civil consequences and criminal penalties.
Bycigar reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice and will not be liable for any reason if the Website should not be not available at any time and at any period.

Bycigar takes no responsibility for any loss caused due to unforeseeable circumstances, including bad weather. However, Bycigar will be willing to offer full assistance in such cases.
For all responsibility claims, expenses, damages and losses (including legal fees) arising in violation of the mention Terms of Service, you agree to Bycigar’s request (including its senior management, directors, agents, affiliates, licensor,s and suppliers) to make adequate compensation and protect Bycigar from harm. This includes the use of the Website by any third party linked under your account and, thus your actions and omissions. If you violate the Terms of Services and we have not taken any action against you, this does not mean that we waive our rights and remedies in any circumstances that violate your Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are not intended to affect your rights under the laws in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The Terms of Services, together with all policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region law. The relevant courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Services.
