Generally, cigars reach an optimal quality within three weeks, where the humidity and softness are at an enjoyable standard, resulting in a stronger, more high-quality flavours. In three months, the oils in the cigars are more nuanced and flavourful, and by two to three years, the cigar will be at its highest, most indulgent point of enjoyment.
Cigars should be kept in a humidor with regulated conditions. 65-75% for humidity and a temperature of 16-20℃ (approximately 64°F).
The T-code assigned to Cuban cigars is according to the manufacture timeline. You can visit the manufacturer's official website for more detailed information. Please contact Customer Service Support for extra information.

Our experts will fully inspect each product before it leaves the warehouse for delivery. During the process, the cigars will not be opened up and repackaged in order to avoid any damage. However, as the cigars leave the regulated wares, unforeseeable environmental factors may come into play, including deformation, cigar beetles or mold. Below are some possible scenarios:
Deformation
Any signs of cracks and bursts in the surface means that the cigar is too dry. As a result, the exterior surface has split and the butt of the cigar is cracked and raised. There will be a slight rustle when pinched.

Cigar Beetles
Small holes the size of pinholes are visible on the surface with signs of the beetles falling out of the cigar butt. Should you have an infected cigar, remove the cigar immediately from the others to avoid any infections.

Blue-Green Mold
When a cigar comes into constant contact with water or is kept in a humid environment, mold will form on the cigar. This will affect both the cigar and humidor. The mold should be removed immediately and the humidor must be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Molded cigars should be removed and separated from the uninfected ones.

White Mold
Less destructive to cigars than blue-green mold, white mold can be gently wiped off the cigar wrapper. Cigars are made with live materials, so signs of mold can be common. This will not affect the taste of the cigar.
